I usually clean the cloth sanitary napkins in water. After a few minutes, I drain the dirty water in the washbasin. At this time, most of the menstrual blood on the cloth will also fade away. Then, use the neutral cleanser to wash and rub by hand, the blood stains on the cotton cloth will easily fall off, just as easy as washing underwear. Or, after simple washing, put the cloth sanitary napkins in the laundry bag, and then put them in the washing machine for cleaning.
